Christian Malmrose has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 2007. Christian’s specialties include industrial, office, retail, and agricultural appraisals, highest-and-best-use analysis, subdivision and condominium analysis. He is a state-certified general appraiser in Utah and Idaho, holds membership with the Appraisal Institute, and is a Candidate for Designation.
